About
Four years ago I was an enthusiastic high school English teacher seeking to combine literary instruction with
interactive technology. I took a break from the classroom in 2018 and studied Instructional Systems Design at University of Maryland Baltimore County, earning a certificate in ISD.

It includes eLearning videos, excerpts from instructor-led trainings, and PowerPoint slides created via a collaboration with Creative Spot in Columbus, Ohio.

This month's blog features a detailed guide to preparing for the Adobe Captivate Specialist Exam. My colleagues and I could not find practical tips on how to study or what to expect; all we had was a series of fast-paced video tutorials that Adobe provides when you pay the examination fee.
